V1.5

  • Changed the word "company" to "employer" in instances in the document builder for the sake of consistency.
  • Added a new question in the document builder and a clause in the contract for "regular of hours of work". Now employers can stipulate an employee's expected regular hours of work.
  • Added ability to make a new contract for free up to five times in 48 hours in case you made a mistake on your first completed contract. Note, you cannot make a new contract for free once you have sent the contract for e-signature. This is to prevent users from changing contracts that are waiting for signature or have already been signed by employees
  • Removed redundant "Preview Contract" button in the Manage Contract Dashboard. There is now just a "Download Contract" button, which was always there and did the exact same thing as the "Preview Contract" button anyway (it opened a new tab and presented the PDF)
  1. Added an option to insert custom text inside the contract in various sections of the contract
  2. Added new information boxes to help customers follow the steps better
March 2, 2023
  1. Fixed paragraph numbering issue when exclusivity clause is chosen
  2. Fixed a bug that the province name would sometimes not show up in the jurisdiction section of the contract
  3. Added a privacy consent that employees must checkmark before signing their contract
  4. Fixed a bug that when a user had many draft contracts, the right contract was not built upon checkout
  5. Fixed a typo in all contracts - changed position of "$" sign to before annual salary amount in the contract, not after
